I want to take the time to inform you of an amazing nurse you have in your department. Jessica went above and beyond her call to make my blood infusion as pleasant as possible. She was very professional, and she did an excellent job inserting a catheter in my arm. It took three hours from the time I arrived until the blood was received, but she constantly kept me informed of the situation. Jessica suggested I might be more comfortable in a bed, and she helped obtain a bed for me.
I was hospitalized seven timesthis past year and have had many wonderful nurses, but without a doubt, Jessicawas absolutely the best. You can take pride in having such a top quality individual in your organization, and please accept my sincere appreciation for the excellent care I received.
