Jon entered my room that morning with a smile and a soft-spoken voice asking how my night was and how I was feeling. Jon was very professional, compassionate and caring. Jon displayed superior clinical nursing skills during this time as my nurse. I am a right leg amputee below the knee and unfortunately, I was so swollen I was unable to get my prosthesis on to be discharged. Jon spent more than enough time trying to assist me with getting my prosthetic leg on. Jon also went so far as to wheel me downstairs and put me in the car since I was only working with one leg and had just had surgery on the other leg. Words cannot express how much appreciation I have for Jon and his sympathy toward my situation.
