Thursday night into Friday morning was the hardest time of my life. Immediately, Lisa was very busy but had no complaints. She met me when I was crying from pain. She was calm and soothing with her voice, very comforting, and helped me get through it. She talked me through each step and even had my husband doing a task to keep him busy. She listened to all my concerns and immediately addressed them, even in the emergency and when rushing me to the OR. She held my hand and told me we would get through this.
Lisa was able to be an amazing nurse in a stressful situation, but yet still able to provide comfort to her patient. As a nurse from another company, I chose to deliver here for privacy but I will continue to come here for the amazing care that was given. Lisa is an amazing nurse and adds value to Banner as a whole. I will always remember her for helping me through the scariest night with the best outcome. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
