From the moment Ruthie stepped foot in my delivery room after I had my son, she showed excellent customer service to me, my husband, my mom, but above all my newborn child. She did everything with exceptional professionalism. She explained everything step by step, let us know what exactly was going on, and the best thing was she would let us know what she was doing with the baby before doin it. The best and the one memory that will remain with me forever was when she asked if we can say a little prayer. This made the perfect touch to one of the greatest memories in my life.
