Chad encountered an ED patient, 8-year-old Autistic Child, who was afraid of being seen by the medical staff. But Chad's approach, patience, and concern for the child's well-being were nothing short of amazing. It was as if Chad was able to speak a language in a manner that only a child and Chad understood. Chad was able to convince the child to go with him to the ER North. In addition, using the sink that was present, they both washed their hands as friends as the Pediatrician spoke with the child's mother accessing the child 's condition. Chad's assertiveness, kindness, and love forhisvocation were demonstrated. Great Job Chad!
