Molly has worked at Beaumont for 20 years. She has been a member of the 3E SICU team for 11 of those years. Molly is a unit champion for all new initiatives including our liver transplant and ECMO programs. She is a preceptor, charge RN, and a mentor to all.
Even though Molly has been a nurse for many years, she seeks out opportunities for continued learning. Molly is recognized by patients and their family members on a regular basis. Many patients have expressed how Molly has made them comfortable and how she takes the time to explain things in relatable terms. Molly radiates joy and has a great sense of humor. She demonstrates pride in her work on a daily basis.
