Isabel gives excellent care, is kind, considerate, and very professional. Isabel is bilingual in English and Spanish to support our high number of Hispanic patients. She is wonderful with these patients. She comforts, educates, and supports these women who are often isolated, lonely, and frightened. She is a culture broker and interpreter of cultural values. Isabel is an amazing and skilled compassionate clinician and co-worker. Isabel is very accepting and welcoming to all patients.

As a co-worker she is the first to step up and help in a patient emergency/start an IV, set up IV medication, move a patient quickly to another room, or the OR. I always know that Isabel has my back. She also provides support to L/D overnight. she does a fine dance between completing her patient care and also scrubbing in the OR. Lastly, Isabel is our master gardener. She grows much of her own food and has mentored us to do the same. She is a treasured and loved resource by patients and staff alike.
