Having surgery during the Christmas holiday would not have been my first choice, but having such a compassionate, caring, and professional nurse made it the best that it could be. Kierra was my night nurse for the first three nights of my hospitalization, and she never walked in my room without a smile on her face. Kierra was never too busy to answer questions, and she went above and beyond to try to keep me as comfortable as possible. Kierra always asked if there was anything else she could do for me before she left my room. She would even check on me during her break when I wasn't assigned to her. As an RN myself, I can say with confidence that Kierra exemplifies "An Extraordinary Nurse".
