...I will never forget the compassion and care I received from Dawn. She is the reason I got to see my baby in the NICU 12 hours after my C-Section. Dawn was so amazing and encouraging. She explained everything to me so that I could understand it. She was always there when I had a question and she encouraged me to stay positive. Dawn shared her own story with us and gave me so much hope and belief that I was going to be OK and so was our baby. She allowed us to watch a bath and Dawn even dressed her in an outfit we brought but the real icing on the cake, Dawn gave our baby her very first pigtails!!!. Dawn is an exceptional nurse a very loving and caring woman and outstanding in her field. Dawn deserves to be recognized in her career and by all her peers. Dawn is one of a kind and if my husband and I decide to have another baby. I can only pray Dawn is close by!!!
