"Cynthia Lott changed my life when she helped get my medicine back and helped me understand the importance of taking it. Later that day I restarted my medication and I felt so much better mentally. She never left my side until I felt better. Cynthia changed my life in a very real sense. Because of her, those thoughts of suicide never enter my mind now. On a day when everything went wrong, she made it right."
