Michelle Hewitt is a super passionate nurse that truly cares about her patients' outcomes. This nurse's passion for others and for healthcare is beyond compare. She is empathetic to the patient's situation and works to help ensure their needs are met. This nurse has been recognized by her peers on several occasions as being trustworthy and a great leader that demonstrates appropriate critical thinking skills for patient placement.
Her colleagues value her and speak often of "how sweet" she is. Her work ethic, in general, is admirable. She often assists in any area she sees as having a need. She never complains about what is going on in the areas she works in. Her team members hold her in high regard as they have witnessed her fantastic abilities as a nurse. She is also an amazing human being. This quality in a person is the best start to being a great and caring nurse. Michelle truly loves the nursing profession and this is expressed by her passion for patient care.
