When Whitney walks in the room, everyone feels better. The patients enjoy expertise and her cheerful attitude. Family members enjoy her competence and the way she includes them in what she is doing. Whitney communicates well with her coworkers, and she readily accepts mentor/preceptor assignments. The students find her enthusiasm contagious. Whitney is a great asset to the ARMC community.

Whitney is the biggest team player that I know. She is always willing to help staff members and patients in any way she can. As a patient care tech, I look up to Whitney and try to follow her example. A patient with a wounded eye requested some Bible verses, but she could not read them. Whitney graciously read the verses to the patient. In my opinion, she is one of the most kind and hardworking people that I know. She continually keeps a smile on her face, regardless of the challenges she faces.
