I have had the pleasure of working with Teresa for just a few short months in Interventional Radiology. I transferred to this unit recently and Teresa took me under her wing and oriented me to the unit. I have never seen a more compassionate, loving, and dedicated nurse than Teresa. I have worked at St. Joseph's for the last six years in multiple departments and have never witnessed such a hard-working person.
Teresa goes above and beyond every single day to make the best possible outcomes for her patients and her coworkers. Recently, Teresa surprised one of our regular patients with a birthday cake! We all gathered around and sang Happy Birthday to her and it made her feel so special and loved. Coming to the hospital is rarely a happy time for patients, but Teresa makes sure that everyone leaves with a smile.
