Roxanna has gone above and beyond taking care of me. I underwent a major abdominal surgery for a cancerous tumor found in my appendix/colon/small intestines. The pain was very much unbearable. She took the time to call the MD multiple times to develop a plan to control my pain. She was in my room almost hourly administering the medications without me even having to call out. She at no point questioned the amount of pain I was in and was completely understanding of my need for the different medications and the high frequency of them.
Most of all Roxanna was very personable and took the time to talk with me about just life in general. This was so therapeutic because at 31 years old you never expect to go through such a large surgery and be told you have cancer. I was missing my daughters terribly (4 years and 6 months) so she spent the time to let me show her pictures of my girls and listen to me talk about them. She took the time to ask about my career and my home life. She literally anticipated my every need physically and emotionally. I have sadly had multiple hospital stays recently and have met some wonderful staff members but none who have gone above and beyond the way Roxanne has. Your facility is very blessed to have her on staff and I feel even more blessed to have her as my caregiver.
