I am a retired pediatric nurse of over 50 years. I served 32 years here at Health Central. I take pride in the care of every patient I touched. I see this same caring and compassion in Joy. She truly lives out her namesake. Great name for her! She took the time to sit beside me, to get to know me and always showed interest in me. I love how she took the time to just talk. Very personable. She is such a great nurse because she also anticipates all of my needs before I could ask for anything. She recognized if I started to have pain. Great communicator and educator. She has such a skill in feeling empathy/sympathy. Joy shows/demonstrates how much she cares. I love that she expressed such an interest in nursing care. She would be a great nurse in any area or specialty she goes. I just can't say enough about how I enjoyed my stay with her. She deserves recognition. Thank you.
