Whenever I have worked with Nacoria, she takes out the time to make sure every room is stocked and ready for use. The patients come into the ER for various reasons, but it does not matter the illness, Nacoria is great with her leadership. Her nursing skills are given at all times, the STAT chest patient she checked in was given comfort from the start to finish. Nacoria took the time to calm the patient and draw blood all at once. I helped to perform the EKG, while she continued to triage the patient. After all was done, I had to let her know she was a great nurse, even during difficult times. Nacoria is an example of someone who jumps right in and performs all duties. She leads by example. She takes on the many challenges and strategies and gives the best care to patients. She is also joyful at all times. I like how she shows so much mutual respect to the patients and staff. She is the nurse who remains calm, gives extraordinary care and leadership all with a pleasant smile. Even in the worst conditions, Nacoria is the nurse with all the great skills. Thank you Nacoria for giving all of your best not only to the patients but also the staff. You are truly a great nurse!

Nacoria shows compassion in her job when taking care of her patients every day. Nacoria is a go-getter and makes anyone around her want to get up and move.
