I noticed Jennifer's professionalism and care/concern toward patients quite a few times. Two examples stuck with me were:
One patient from a group home was unable to give much information and was admitted for dehydration. The day Jennifer took over patient care she noticed he is not moving his right hip and it didn't look right; she informed me of the same and patient had an x-ray after that and noted right hip fracture. She helped me diagnose that which was very crucial.
A patient was in respiratory distress all night and continued to be in distress in the morning. When Jennifer took charge in the morning, she immediately took the necessary actions to take care of the patient.
