From the bottom of my heart, I want to say thank you to Cynthia whom in my opinion was amazing. This hospital is lucky to have someone on their staff that is so kind-hearted, knowledgeable, and so comforting to people like me and my family. I was very worried about my son who was born prematurely. When shift change came, our prayers were answered. When Cynthia arrived, we told her our concerns and she had a simple solution immediately! We were so impressed. She was what patients and parents expect when they choose a hospital to be taken care of and put their newborn's life in the hands of. I didn't sleep well until Cynthia arrived.
Once she comforted us everything changed, and the relief we felt was amazing. I cannot describe in words how I truly feel about her. Cynthia doesn't know it yet, but she has two new friends and two new family members because she is family in our eyes now. If anyone deserves to be recognized for going above and beyond at their job, it is Cynthia. She has made an impression on me that I will take with me in life. Cynthia, we thank you with all our hearts. We will never forget the way you treated us with your kindness. Thank you!
