I have been told by patients that this nurse goes above and beyond to make them comfortable and give them great care. One of the things that she does is that she takes time to listen to them; to interact with them, and helps answer all of their questions in a time where they feel the most vulnerable.
Lelisha always treats them as if they are her only patient and makes each one of them feel cared for and respected. She is kind and compassionate and is able to develop a special bond with her patients and their families and they often express gratitude for the care she provides.

I had a radical hysterectomy. Lelisha came on the next morning and was very cheery and empathetic. She fixed some of the things that were left undone and she made me feel safe and understood. She went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable. Later in the day, my teenage daughter was here and I asked Lelisha about the nursing program and she was more than happy to explain it with great detail and excitement. She made my hospital stay better because of her kind communication. Thank you.

Lelisha is a fantastic nurse. She is knowledgeable, thorough, and genuine. She was so patient with me during my stay and went above and beyond when taking care of me. She knew what I needed before I even needed to ask and never rushed me through any part of my recovery. She reassured me and encouraged me as I take on my new role as a mother and I feel so confident going home to resume life. Lelisha is the best nurse I have ever had.

Lelisha always came into the room with a smile and was always polite. Whenever we had any needs or concerns she did her absolute best to make sure we were all set.
