Kayla was wonderful right from the moment I got moved from ER to my room. She had a student whom she was fantastic at explaining everything to and she was equally thorough in advising me on what to expect. She was friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I didn't feel intimidated to push the button if I needed something. She was empathetic when I told her my husband was killed which is why I was on all the depression medication. Kayla was super sweet and kind, she made my experience a plus!

Kayla was the first nurse I spoke with regarding mother. She took the time to tell me about that day, everything that was being done and even my mom's comedy. LOL. (She wanted a Margarita and she's allergic to men, well, except for her doctor. She thinks he is quite good looking). I just want to thank Kayla. I truly believe she needs to be recognized for phenomenal skills in every area of her profession.

Very easy to talk with. Made you feel at ease. Pain meds always on time. Very professional. I think she went above and beyond the call of duty.
