Elizabeth recognized I was septic and got orders to treat me appropriately. I am a nurse and became an MRT. I heard her in the background saying. "I'm following the green sepsis sheet and I've only given a 250 bolus of fluids and albumin. I need a two-liter bolus". I feel she saved my life that day. Her quick action made both me and my husband feel I was in competent and compassionate hands.
