Erandi has been very special to us throughout my father's stay at ORMC. Her empathy with Dad and the family has been consistent. She takes the time to ensure that medications are available and on time, then she explains to my dad and the family the medications being administered. She performs detailed turn over reports to other nurses, and she also motivates my dad to walk and talk (which is not an easy task due to my dad's dementia). Other nurses that we have talked with admire her deeply and her selflessness is observed by her repeated rounds to check on us. She's always looking for ways to make him comfortable, sometimes helping me lift him up in bed. Just by observing her actions, we all agree that she's a passionate and loving nurse. We trust her very much and we feel much more relaxed when she's taking care of him. We all believe that she has been instrumental in the speedy recovery that my dad has experienced. We will always be grateful for how she has treated us and because of it we will first consider ORMC as the place to go for our healthcare needs, we feel welcomed and that the nurses here really do give the best care. Thank you Erandi, for easing our family's worries and being there for all of us in our time of need.
