Kristy starts each shift by saying, "Today is going to be a good day." She always comes to work with a contagious and positive attitude. Those she works with appreciate her spirit; it encourages all around her to have the same upbeat attitude. For years Kristy has always been an advocate for her patients- even when it means having uncomfortable conversations with providers or other team members. She has her patients' best interest in mind and never hesitates to go the extra mile to make sure their needs are met.
Kristy is always willing to help, checking in with her co-workers to ask if she can help with anything, even if it means she may need to stop what she's working on. Those in charge rest assured knowing that Kristy is helping to keep the floor running smoothly; she always has calmness even when the floor is in total chaos!
Kristy always takes the time to get to know not only her patients but their family members as well. Her ability to listen to her patients turns their day around just by remembering something that was important to them.
