Pat has inspired many nurses and has numerous impactful "make a difference moments" at Baycare Health System. Pat developed the "first" Clinical Education Department at Morton Plant Hospital in the late 1980s. Further, she is the major contributor/developer of our present state Pay for Skills Model and Professional Clinical ladder. However, one of Pat's main contributions is her passion for developing and mentoring others. Pat has been a coach, a guide, a facilitator, a counselor and trusted guide to many nurses across the health system. We thank Pat for her passion for nursing and inspirational leadership. Without Pat's leadership and visionary thinking, Baycare nursing would not be where it is today. Thank you, Pat, for who you are and all you do to inspire us to be all that we can be.
