Tracy Merrick RN is a valued team member of the San Dimas Community Hospital and especially to her coworkers on the Medical Surgical Telemetry Department. She is always there to help others in need whether it be a computer issue or care of our patients. The patient who nominated her for this prestigious award ran out of room on the tri-fold nomination form but it goes without saying she is most deserving of the DAISY Award.
