Jean is dedicated to world-class service to her stoma and wound care patients. There isn't just one occasion, but innumerable where she has squeezed patients in before clinic, during lunch, after hours, or while she is on vacation. If complex wound cases have scheduled follow up during her vacations and she comes in to care for them. She sees all ostomy patients- even those without appointments. She is always going above and beyond to provide personalized care when the patient needs it.
She has dedicated her career to caring for patients in SRF as well as educating the nursing staff (both inpatient and outpatient) to spread her expertise across the entire SRF community. I am proud to have her as a colleague.

Jean owns the wound care program and always says "yes"!
During the fire, we had an overflow of wound care patients from Santa Rosa. Many had to flee their homes with just the clothes on their backs. Jean would see any and all patients who made it in, even without an appointment. She would miss her lunch breaks and would never turn anyone away. She even came in on her days that were scheduled for vacation because she did not want anyone to not be seen.
She also is constantly giving back to the community by her mentoring of students of any and all kinds. She educates both inpatient and out in wound care classes. She teaches new CWOCNs in SRO to help them as well as all of the medicine MDs both her and Petaluma. I am very proud to have Jean as a colleague!
