Kate went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable during my daughter's stay in 4east. We were being monitored by the NICU but transferred halfway through our stay. She is so sweet and genuinely cares for her patients. She is absolutely in the right career field. I am so blessed to have had her company and guidance during our stay. I am thrilled to be discharged because my daughter is healthy and I know that Kate's knowledge, professionalism, but most importantly, her big heart played such a huge role in my daughter's progress. I don't think I could ever explain how truly thankful I am to have gotten to know Kate.
