...On many occasions I have witnessed Katie have an assignment that would challenge most and Katie would continue with a smile and great attitude. It doesn't matter how busy Katie may be with her own patients any time you ask for help she is the first person headed your way all the while still attending to her patient's needs. I have never worked a shift with Katie that she is not smiling no matter how deep in the weeds we may be. It was very heartwarming to see the amount of love and respect she shows for her patients.

One patient in particular as they were passing, Katie stayed by the bedside and held the patient's hand and calmly talked to the patient making them as comfortable as possible until family was able to make it in. Katie shows so much teamwork and compassion every shift, I am so proud to work with you and look up to you with great respect! Keep up the great work and wonderful attitude, you are meant for this line of work!
