Latronda took care of me in SICU when I was at my sickest point. I remember her coming in for her shift and going over all the orders from the day, making sure that they were all carried out, and completing the ones that weren't. She took charge, explaining everything that she was doing to me and why, even down to the ice cubes for the temp of 105.3. She was awesome and delivered such a high quality of care. It is no doubt something that she does for all her patients because it just came so naturally!
