Vicki is a truly caring professional nurse who rarely, if ever, indicates frustration or displeasure with a patient.

When my husband has been waiting in the bathroom for his CNA, she will come in and help him, even if she isn't his nurse.

When he returned from the hospital, she was patient, kind and encouraging. She made him comfortable and made sure she met all his needs (all the while pleasant) before she left the room.

Her smile and quiet demure is contagious and calming to patients. We have never heard a quick unkind word or look.
