I was so afraid when I came home. I had so many openings on my stomach and a tube. I hurt so much. Then I heard a knock on my door. It seemed like a sweet angel that God had sent. Susan made me so at peace. She explained that she was going to help me. She was also so special to my loving husband and taught him everything to do. Susan was so kind, and she made me feel so hopeful and more positive. I felt so blessed to have her take such wonderful care of me.
Susan explained everything she did so carefully and was careful to teach us to use gloves and to keep everything clean and I healed so much better. She was perfect in helping me stay calm and I stopped worrying so much. She always called before coming and many times just to check on me. I looked forward to her visits. She always ensured we had all our supplies.
Susan gives so much of herself to get her patients well and listens to their problems. She is so much more than a nurse. I know it was a blessing to have her at our home. We feel like we have a good friend for life in Susan.
