Hannah Hart is consistently a team player and goes above and beyond every day. She always remains calm and professional in very difficult situations. She has grown tremendously as a leader in the OR. She has taken any task given (Kata, Idea generation, TWI for example) with pride and determination to succeed and we have had much success. She has worked with the educator on better training for our new hires.
Hannah holds our staff accountable to the highest standards for patient safety. She does not back down to a challenge, she asks for assistance when needed and works well with the team. She always leads with a smile on her face and remains positive in very difficult situations. She demonstrates compassion for our patients and helps to provide a safe operating room environment. She is consistent in providing excellent care and safety for our patients. Hannah stands up for providing safety for our patients and makes certain that everything we need to provide adequate care for the patient is available.
I cannot say enough great things about Hannah. She leads by example. She has grown with confidence and compassion for our team. She makes the difference. Hannah is an amazing head nurse that provides excellent patient care as well as being an excellent leader.
