Tiffany is very nice, polite and caring. If I had a question she could not answer, she was more than willing to seek out the information. She comes across as a nurse who cares and is not just here for a paycheck. I was having a breathing treatment and they had the oxygen on me. My pulse was in the 150s. I called for the nurse because I was afraid my defibrillator would go off. Tiffany came in and talked me down. Tiffany contacted the telemetry tech and found out my heart rate was actually in the 80s. This information calmed me down and reassured me. She didn't dismiss me. Knowing this information, I was able to finish my breathing treatment comfortably. She then returned to her other duties. This event made me trust her care by showing compassion for me during a time of anxiety.
