"Alisha takes pride in the job she does, and she gets it done and is very caring and compassionate." Her care showed patient-centered empathy and demonstrated that empathy and support to the family, as well. The IMPACT committee was especially moved by this comment from the patient's family, "It touches my heart that there are still amazing nurses such as Alisha that give their heart and soul to their jobs."
