As a medical provider, I am always happy to share patients with Stacy. She is enthusiastic and goes the extra mile to make patients as comfortable as possible in the hospital. Stacy is not shy, and she is always at the bedside with a smile on her face. She does small things that make a big difference, like helping patients to put lotion on their feet or setting up their meal tray just like they request.
Stacy advocates for her patients. She will call radiology or surgery scheduling to see when the patient will have a procedure, which is very important to anxious (and hungry) patients.
Stacy is also very intelligent and knows a lot about medications and the medical plan. If she has a question she is not afraid to ask. This curiosity helps her to be a stellar liaison between doctors and patients.
Finally, Stacy elevates all the nurses around her. Her positive energy is contagious, and much appreciated when we are all working extra hard with high patient census.
