We were blessed to have Bridget as our nurse for several shifts, she was essential to helping us through our hospital stay, she even reworked her schedule to be present during our C-section. My husband needed self-care and she encouraged him to take time for himself and eat something that she "had me". "I will take care of her and won't leave until you get back." While this statement may seem inconsequential it was what we both needed to hear. Her caring comment put us both at ease. This is just one of some many small kindnesses Bridget provided us.
Bridget did a fantastic job of providing small clear units of information throughout her shifts. She presented material that was meaningful for what was happening at the time. She took as much time needed to ensure we were well informed and answered all our questions without making it feel as though it was inconvenient. She spent time weighing the pros/cons of each intervention.
She lived "our highest priority is the people we serve" with every moment she cared for both myself and my husband. She provided outstanding quality care. It is clear she is a very talented and experienced nurse. Her hospitality was seamless, completing tasks as simple as changing my sheets, keeping linens fresh with a smile. She was timely and organized.
Bridget is a fantastic nurse. It was clear she was sure of her hands-on care, as well as her wealth of knowledge which she shared in a way that was easy to understand. She takes pride in her job and I never questioned a task when Bridget was caring for me. I give her my highest recommendation without reservation.
