My daughter found out that she is Type 1 Diabetic. She has had several episodes with DKA and has ended up in CCU. On these trips, she has had Amber as her nurse several times. This young lady has been all the things you would expect from someone who cares about others. She has been so kind and thoughtful in the care of my daughter. She has given not only her but me great comfort! All of the crew is great there, but Amber came to know us, and that personal edge has been so nice in this extreme life transition. She deserves praise and is a compliment to your hospital. These aren't words only; she took wonderful care of my only daughter and we love her for this. She is what is best in humanity!
