My dad was recently in the hospital and had Kaylee for a nurse. I cannot begin to tell you how grateful I am that she was his nurse. As a nurse myself, to be on the other side of it, you appreciate an outstanding nurse taking care of your family member. Let's be honest, as a nurse, I am more critical of other healthcare workers taking care of my family. My dad was having a hard time and very anxious about the situation. Kaylee was right there at all times with a positive attitude. She explained everything in a way my dad could understand. She was patient with my phone calls and questions. She always treated my parents with the utmost respect. If she didn't know an answer about his care, she would find out and get back to us. I am so proud to call Kaylee a co-worker at UnityPoint that we are lucky to have. She exhibits every quality that a nurse should have. I will forever be grateful for her care.
