I just wanted to take a minute to brag about your Emergency Department. I am from a small town in Northwest Florida and we were in the Huntsville/Decatur area in October for a softball tournament that my daughter was playing in. This past February I had a total hip replacement. After months of doing great, my hip became very painful and I noticed redness and swelling at the incision site. I arrived at your emergency room in severe pain and running a high fever. My experience was amazing from the registration to discharge. Wait time was next to nothing. Arizona was the triage nurse and then ended up as my nurse in the back. The ER physician was professional and very efficient. I continued to receive the same great treatment as I went to X-ray and returned. Arizona is quite possibly the best nurse I have ever received care from. She was professional and knowledgeable but not robotic. The entire staff made my wife and I feel very comfortable.
