Jennifer went above and beyond her duty assisting my family with transitioning my son to a rehab facility. She tolerated my son's demands and mood swings with extreme patience and never made us feel as if it was a bother. She pushed for follow through with sending the hospital records we needed. I would like to emphasize how pleased we were with the care of our son.
