Babak was well prepared for his visit with us, was very pleasant to talk to, provided us with all the information we needed and, was able to provide us with the assurances that we needed to feel comfortable in making what is an uncomfortable decision. His ability to communicate to us the "who, what, how and why's" of your program and what we can expect the care to be were exemplary. He asked pertinent questions when he needed clarification or additional information, and he answered our questions completely, providing insights into your program that we might not have thought to ask about. His willingness to engage with us on a personal level, beyond simply a professional one, allowed us to have a relaxed conversation while staying focused on our primary concern, that of our family member’s care and ongoing comfort.
