Heather demonstrated the respectful care that any family member would want for their loved one. She established trust and rapport that allowed my dad to accept guidance with his care and the reassurance necessary to achieve better outcomes. Heather continued to strive for a higher level of care as she visited my dad after he was moved to the Rehab floor. Heather is an excellent nurse!
