Caroline exemplifies an ideal nurse as she always goes above and beyond her duty as an RN to help others. She is conscientious and compassionate not only to the patients she serves but, to her co-workers as well. Additionally she is a knowledgeable resource person and always offers help to everyone. For instance on 1/22/11 there was a great need to accommodate patients from the ED and she came up with a plan to move patients around so we could accommodate new patients. She is always helping out to deliver care to patients and is very good with customer service. Also, she is like glue that holds her co-workers together on our unit and she inspires us.
