From our introduction at 0500 to when she walked me to my ride home, Michaela Kay demonstrated the very best in nursing skills. Michaela immediately put me at ease and clearly explained what I needed to do and what she and her associates had to do to get me ready for Doctor W to perform his work. She was attentive, and engaged my wife and I in a friendly manner and was not afraid to share some personal information that helped me to relax and build confidence in her skills. Her attention to detail was exceptional. As Michaela walked me out to our car, it felt like I had a new friend. I feel that Michaela is a deserving candidate for The DAISY Award.
