Doug was always so kind, encouraging and attentive! He was always looking out for Y's best interest. On one particular day when she was feeling down he sang "You've got a friend" and encouraged her to sing with him. Her spirits were instantly lifted and he continued to be a source of joy during her stay in the hospital.
