It was a very stressful time being in the hospital for RSV. Leanne was very informative on handling my care, explaining medical information I needed to understand. She was compassionate and listening and followed up on every detail required. Also the problem between the physicians trying to coordinate the discharge was a very stressful situation. Leanne handled the confusion of trying to get this active and it was resolved in a timely manner. She showed kindness, understanding and was very professional in all situations. Leanne, I will always remember you being a wonderful nurse.

Leeann is a great RN, she involved herself into all my problems using critical thinking skills and interacts with empathy and she can motivate if she only believes in herself but she should be recognized as a DAISY in growth. She took control and saved my life.
