A baby was delivered in the OR and needed extensive resuscitation. Lori was quick to start coordination of the process. She worked with respiratory therapy to ensure a positive outcome for the baby. Lori was extremely skillful and knowledgeable and worked effectively with those involved to protect this baby and save its life.

These parents were extremely lucky to have Lori as their baby's advocate.

Lori has been there as a mentor for me to help with my new skills. I feel safe with her by my side. She quickly reminds me if I am forgetting to do something when performing new skills and many new policies. I am blessed to have her to help ease my concerns and to help make me become a better Special Care Nursery RN. I love this job and she makes me feel safe in my new environment. Our unit is blessed to have Lori!
