John’s picture should be in the dictionary under the definition of nurse. He made my husband's visit to the ER and the transition to ICU a very non-stressful task and stay. He kept us informed and every few minutes told us what was going on, the ETA to the ICU, etc. He went beyond the call of duty. If all nurses and doctors were like him, every stay at a hospital would be stress free! In fact he should be used to train ALL staff!
