When a change in unit structure happened several weeks ago, Jaitha took on extra duties to cover many jobs performed by others each day. Jaitha has an extremely high set of professional ethics that infuses her leadership style. She gives careful attention to detail with her patients and not a day goes by that she does not initiate some intervention proactively. She is so caring with patients and often takes extra time to explain something about a medication. Her passion and determination are evident in everything she does, but especially her consistent work over the last 4 years from initiation of one degree to the recent completion of a second degree. We could not ask for a more effective nurse.
