Being in a hospital for five days straight is not easy. One is scared, alone, and worried about the future. Yackie made a difference in my life by reassuring me and taking all my fear away. She cared for me at night, a very difficult time for an individual who has not had a lot of experience with a hospital. Yackie made sure I had all my medicine at the time it was expected and always explained what she was doing and what was being administered. She answered all of our endless questions and did it with grace and patience. She is amazingly gifted and compassionate. I joked with her that if I hit the lottery, I would be taking her home to care for me and my loved ones permanently.
